I have set up a pilot online Mindfulness Drop-in Practice session to take place every Wednesday for the next 7 weeks via Zoom. Once we are able to resume in-person meetings, the weekly Mindfulness session will recommence at Avenidas in downtown Palo Alto. Until then, if needed, I will extend these sessions online for additional weeks.
