Our guest, Dr. Julie Forbes discusses mindfulness methods of how to manage our stress through deep breathing, self-awareness, and progressive muscle relaxation. Dr. Forbes says that a lot of it is helping people learn to respond to stress, anger an anxiety with awareness and choice rather than react out of habitual patterns that no longer serve them best.  Interviewed by Grace Trafton.
